Appearance
A large creep unit. Their jaw split and the ground lightly shaking with every step. Their body leaking with creep.
Spawning
When a polar bear is "Creeped" By one of the creeped/creep related unit's. It will become a prime, this horrific monstrosity.

(From testing i believe when they "Despawn" they leave behind a small patch of Creep or whilst living spread out said patches.)
